It originated in ancient India thousands of years ago and while traditional yoga has spiritual, philosophical, and practical roots, we focus on its practical use to improve mobility, strength, and endurance on the Jiu-Jitsu mats. To that end, Yoga training at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Elk Grove combines movements from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
